Fluke thermal imaging camera for automation and plant monitoring

Fluke Process Instruments introduces ThermoView TV30, a new stand-alone thermal imaging camera with integrated web server, advanced analytics and high connectivity for industrial automation, inspection, process monitoring and operational safety.
Fluke Process Instruments has developed a new thermal imaging camera for factory automation and plant monitoring: ThermoView TV30, an industrial-grade infrared camera for fixed installation, has a wide measurement temperature range from -10 °C to 1300 °C and an unmatched feature set, according to the manufacturer. The self-contained camera offers full connectivity for easy connection of a PLC via OPC UA or MQTT. The new thermal imaging camera enables end-to-end monitoring of critical production processes and equipment around the clock.
ThermoView TV30 provides real-time analysis and feedback to control systems. This enables users to ensure compliance with intended temperature levels and avoid downtime or costly repairs. Test windows can also be programmed with individual tolerances and automatic alarms. The thermal imager is powered via 24 VDC or Power over Ethernet. It features motorized remote focus. Three lens options are available with narrow or wide fields of view for different working distances. The camera housing is IP67 rated. The manufacturer offers extensive accessories for mounting outdoors or in hot, dusty or dirty environments.
