An in-house spare parts warehouse with over 10,000 items available at short notice and fast service ensure quick response times for customers when it comes to repairs or maintenance work. All with the same contact persons and a team that has known the business for years. Fikara also modernizes and maintains products that are not manufactured in-house following a technical inspection. The range of electroplating systems produced entirely in-house by the supplier has become rarer. At Fikara, one team is responsible for the pre-assembly, assembly, service and maintenance of a system.
