In addition to the article designation, this also includes the material specification, the permissible load capacity, the date of manufacture, the CE mark and the manufacturer. This clear marking creates transparency and enables reliable traceability in daily operation. Emptmeyer also provides comprehensive operating instructions. This contains detailed information on the permissible load capacities, the intended use, the approved paint stripping processes and the technical application limits of the paint hooks. Emptmeyer manufacturer's declaration for painting hooks under 4 mm

For painting hooks with a diameter of less than 4 mm, Emptmeyer alternatively provides a manufacturer's declaration, which is structured in the same way as CE certification. This confirms that the products are manufactured under the same quality assurance manufacturing and testing processes and technically meet the same safety requirements. Only the permanent CE marking is missing from these hooks. This is because the small size of the components means that marking directly on the product is not technically feasible. Instead, they are clearly identified via the accompanying documentation and the type plates on each packaging unit. In this way, traceability is guaranteed even for the smallest components. "It was important to us to create a practical solution for this product group that combines safety and traceability," says Frank Brünnig. "The manufacturer's declaration is just as binding as a CE declaration of conformity and guarantees the same technical safety," the Managing Director continues.
