Emptmeyer offers CE-compliant painting hooks

CE-compliant painting hooks and racks are becoming increasingly important in painting and powder coating processes. Emptmeyer now offers CE-marked painting hooks from a diameter of 4 mm, which combine occupational safety, documentation and economical process control.
Paint hooks and racks play a key safety-relevant role in paint shops. With increasing requirements for documentation and verification, the CE conformity of suspension solutions is becoming more and more important. For this reason, Jürgen Emptmeyer GmbH is increasingly focusing on CE-approved hooks and rack technology for safe and efficient painting and powder coating processes. The specialist for suspension solutions in surface technology is thus demonstrating how occupational safety, transparent documentation and economical processes can be combined in a meaningful way. "With our CE-compliant solutions, we want to support our customers in making their painting processes safe and sustainable in the long term," explains Frank Brünnig, Managing Director of Jürgen Emptmeyer GmbH. As load handling devices, painting hooks and frames are subject to clearly defined legal and normative requirements. The CE marking documents that the design, manufacture and testing of a product meet the requirements of the directives and the relevant standards and have been approved for the intended use. For operators, the marking thus provides a reliable basis for assessing safety and limits of use.
CE-approved painting hooks from 4 mm wire thickness
Jürgen Emptmeyer GmbH is now offering CE-marked painting hooks from a diameter of 4 mm, taking the component length into account. The hooks are designed in accordance with the applicable standards and are subjected to a tested and documented load test. In this way, the load-bearing capacity is clearly proven and safe use in an industrial environment is guaranteed. All CE-compliant painting hooks are permanently marked with the relevant markings. In addition to the article designation, this also includes the material specification, the permissible load capacity, the date of manufacture, the CE mark and the manufacturer. This clear marking creates transparency and enables reliable traceability in daily operation. Emptmeyer also provides comprehensive operating instructions. This contains detailed information on the permissible load capacities, the intended use, the approved paint stripping processes and the technical application limits of the paint hooks. With the combination of standard-compliant certification, documented testing and clear user information, the new painting hooks set high standards in terms of occupational safety, reliability and user-friendliness.
Emptmeyer manufacturer's declaration for painting hooks under 4 mm
For painting hooks with a diameter of less than 4 mm, Emptmeyer alternatively provides a manufacturer's declaration, which is structured in the same way as CE certification. This confirms that the products are manufactured under the same quality assurance manufacturing and testing processes and technically meet the same safety requirements. Only the permanent CE marking is missing from these hooks. This is because the small size of the components means that marking directly on the product is not technically feasible. Instead, they are clearly identified via the accompanying documentation and the type plates on each packaging unit. In this way, traceability is guaranteed even for the smallest components. "It was important to us to create a practical solution for this product group that combines safety and traceability," says Frank Brünnig. "The manufacturer's declaration is just as binding as a CE declaration of conformity and guarantees the same technical safety," the Managing Director continues. By expanding its CE portfolio, Jürgen Emptmeyer GmbH is responding to the increasing requirements for product safety and conformity to standards in industrial coating. For operators, this means fewer uncertainties in everyday life, clear evidence and a reliable basis for safe and efficient painting processes.
