Electronic demagnetizing solution for complex components from Bussi
At Parts2clean, the supplier Bussi Elettronica Industriale is presenting a newly developed electronic long-pulse demagnetizer. It is used for workpieces with complex geometries, already assembled components, large parts or large quantities.
Complementing the existing demagnetizer families, Bussi Elettronica Industriale presents the newly developed electronic long pulse demagnetizers. This innovative technology opens up additional applications for workpieces with complex geometries, already assembled components, large parts, large quantities and other demanding cases. Key features of the electronic long pulse degausser include adjustment and settings of electrical variables for an optimized degaussing process as well as fully automatic and electronically monitored degaussing and highest performance with optimized consumption.
Other features include working time and temperature control, in-line adjustment and automation, remote control and troubleshooting, and data intersection with I/O signals and/or Profinet via industrial Ethernet. The demagnetizing solution will be presented during the Parts2clean 2023 trade show at the Bussi booth D58.
