Oven temperature profiling system for compliant coating processes
The system tracks and documents curing cycles and generates traceable reports for audit and quality assurance documentation in accordance with national, international and customer-specific requirements. These include the QUALICOAT standard for powder coatings in the construction industry, ISO 20482 for metallic coatings with oven curing, ASTM D2485 for the high-temperature resistance of coatings and ISO 9001 with regard to the traceability of QA documentation.
