Cleaning machine for complex component geometries from Kist + Escherich
Kist + Escherich GmbH will present its compact Multimaster cleaning machine for non-contact cleaning of multidimensional component geometries at this year's Parts2clean 2022.
During the various manufacturing phases of plastic products, dirt particles, for example dust, flakes or other minute particles, adhere to the component surfaces. At Parts2clean 2022 (Hall 4, Booth A44), Kist + Escherich will present the Multimaster, a compact cleaning machine that is used for contact-free cleaning of multidimensional component geometries.
In a footprint of less than one square meter, products are cleaned by a component-specific cleaning head after manual or automated loading. By automating the entire cleaning cycle, reproducible cleaning results are achieved throughout the product series and lasting process reliability is ensured.
