A laboratory round robin test for particulate measuring systems in accordance with VDA 19.1 will be organized by the Cleaning Excellence Center (CEC) again in 2025.

This year, the Cleaning Excellence Center (CEC) is once again offering the established laboratory interlaboratory test for particulate measuring systems in accordance with VDA 19.1. Companies have the opportunity to have the performance of their particulate measuring systems for cleanliness analyses validated externally and independently. The anonymous comparison with other laboratories provides them with an objective assessment of their test results.

By participating, companies from the parts cleaning industry demonstrate their competence in carrying out cleanliness analyses with particulate measuring systems. This is valuable proof for audits, accreditations according to ISO 17025 as well as for customers and suppliers. An identical reference sample is analyzed one after the other in all participating laboratories in accordance with standard analysis VDA 19.1. The test results are then evaluated anonymously and assessed and summarized in a detailed report in accordance with DIN 38402-A45. The 2025 laboratory round robin test starts in May. The registration deadline is April 30, 2025. Further information and the registration form can be found on the CEC Laboratory Interlaboratory Test website.
