Cavispector from Köchel Verifications analyzes cleaning process

Ultrasonic cleaning is one of the most frequently used processes - also for high purity products. The Cavispector from Köchel Verifications enables the cleaning process to be analyzed. This is because many parameters play an important role. These include the degassing of the medium, the influence of the cleaning agent, the flow rate during bath maintenance, the loading of goods, the goods baskets, the aging of the US oscillators and much more.
The device accurately measures the influence of these parameters and, based on the acquired data, allows to define and monitor a process window. During cleanliness testing, the measurement system can ensure comparable testing, as the ultrasonic devices can be adjusted in a defined way during extraction. At Parts2clean 2023, Köchel Verifications will be present at booth B56.
