AkzoNobel once again recognized as a top employer
AkzoNobel has been ranked as a top employer in Germany by the Top Employers Institute for the third time in a row. According to the institute, the company is characterized by excellent HR practices and personnel policies. In the analysis, AkzoNobel scored particularly well in the areas of business strategy, ethics & integrity, working environment and leadership.
AkzoNobel has been recognized as a top employer in a total of eight countries: Brazil, China, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, the UK and the US, and as five of the certified countries are in Europe, it also qualifies as a European Top Employer. Every year, the Top Employers Institute certifies companies that place people at the center of their HR policy. The survey covers six HR areas with 20 topics, including HR strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing.
