At Parts2clean 2025, Acp Systems will be presenting its dry QuattroClean snow blasting and PowerSnow blasting technology for almost all full-surface and partial cleaning tasks.

The cleanliness of surfaces is becoming increasingly important in practically all industrial sectors. With the dry QuattroClean snow blasting and PowerSnow blasting technology, Acp Systems presents solutions for almost all full-surface and partial cleaning tasks. The cleaning medium in these processes is recycled, liquid CO2, which is accelerated with compressed air and blasted onto the surface to be cleaned. If only loosely adhering, particulate dirt needs to be removed, newly developed rotary nozzle systems for the proven QuattroClean snow blasting technology enable high surface cleaning performance with minimized consumption. With PowerSnow blasting technology, which removes even the most stubborn particulate and filmic contaminants, the liquid carbon dioxide is compressed into cleaning granulate in an integrated system for uninterrupted processes. Both processes can be easily automated and integrated into production lines. In addition, the cleaning process saves energy and resources, resulting in a reduction of the CO2 footprint.

Snow blasting for maximum cleanliness in high-tech components

Sensor technology, the semiconductor industry, micro-electronics, battery and fuel cell production, the medical and pharmaceutical industries - just some of the sectors in which extremely stringent requirements are placed on particulate and film cleanliness. The dry QuattroClean snow blasting technology, which uses recycled, processed CO2 as a cleaning medium, has proven to be an efficient, reliable and resource-saving solution for such tasks. In contrast to wet-chemical processes, cleaning can be integrated into the production process without the need for complex and energy-intensive drying processes. The material compatibility of CO2 snow has been proven for various typical surfaces of medical and pharmaceutical products in a joint research project and a basic validation for life science applications has been carried out. Acp Systems has a technical cleanroom up to cleanliness class ISO 5 for cleaning tests. Acp will be at Parts2clean at stand C04 in hall 4.
