Mobil-Mark enters into strategic partnership with Tec Man Saar
Mobil-Mark GmbH, provider of flexible laser marking systems, is now an official partner of the laser technology expert Tec Man Saar GmbH and has thus taken a significant step towards further strengthening and expansion.
Tec Man Saar GmbH is thus part of the group of companies of the parent company, Dennig GmbH, which has acquired 50% of the shares in the company. The partnership is based on a shared vision: innovation, flexibility and continuous development of technological laser solutions for a wide range of industries. Both companies, Mobil-Mark and Tec Man Saar, have decades of experience in the development, manufacture and sale of laser marking systems and have established themselves as reliable partners in their respective market segments. Manfred Klatt, Managing Director of Mobil-Mark, emphasizes: "With Tec Man Saar GmbH, we have gained a strong partner that will enable us to further expand our portfolio - from flexible mobile to stationary laser marking systems - and to position our innovative strength even more specifically on the market. The focus of the future partnership will be on increasing the performance and competitiveness of both companies. In the past, they have already cooperated successfully in the development of laser systems and in sales activities. In particular, the companies have strong expertise in the field of laser protection technologies in accordance with laser protection class 1 certification, which will now be further expanded. Joint market development is now to be intensified across Europe in order to increase international growth potential.
