MacDermid Enthone takes over All-Star Chemical
MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions has announced the acquisition of All-Star Chemical Company, a manufacturer of chemical solutions for surface treatment and cleaning. Going forward, All-Star's proprietary chemical solutions will be integrated into MacDermid Enthone's portfolio.
Founded in 1983, family-owned All-Star Chemical Company has a long history of providing quality products and services to its customers. The company is headquartered in Westerville, Ohio, and serves customers throughout the Midwestern United States.
