At the Lopec trade fair on February 26 and 27, 2025 in Munich, Henkel will present innovations for end applications of printed electronics in various markets. These include a broad portfolio of functional material solutions for smart surfaces.

Henkel is a leading supplier of materials for printed electronics. The broad Loctite portfolio of functional materials includes conductive inks and varnishes as well as resistive and dielectric inks. Henkel's portfolio and more than four decades of experience in material formulation enable the company's partners to develop applications that are tailored to the specific requirements of industrial customers. As a pioneer in the field of sustainability, Henkel is consistently driving forward new solutions for sustainable development. In the field of printed electronics, the company is now illustrating this commitment with a unique initiative and various thoughtfully designed demonstration objects that highlight the practical application of sustainable principles in the market. At Lopec 2025, Henkel will showcase tangible examples of how innovation can shape a more sustainable future in the industry at booth 607 in hall B0. To this end, Henkel will be the first company in the industry to present and launch novel and highly conductive silver inks based on recycled silver as a raw material.

In addition to its new sustainability initiative, Henkel will showcase its traditional functional material innovations for printed electronics solutions in various industrial applications at Lopec. The company will showcase its growing materials portfolio for key industries such as connectivity, mobility and healthcare with various demonstration parts and material samples for smart surfaces, smart healthcare and antenna solutions. Henkel will also showcase a range of new products including highly conductive silver inks, a silver-plated copper ink and a new PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) ink to the portfolio. Each of these products offers unique performance potential with improved sheet resistance and optimized economic performance. "As the leading international platform for printed electronics, Lopec brings together all relevant global players from research to application," explains Stijn Gillissen, Head of Printed Electronics at Henkel. "In addition to presenting demo components and material samples for various applications and showcasing our wide-ranging partnerships, Lopec is the ideal opportunity for us to discuss market challenges, such as the growing need for sustainable solutions. Therefore, we will present our new sustainability concept that combines innovative technologies with environmentally sound practices to define a new standard for sustainability in the printed electronics of the future."
