Cost clarity, calculability and absolute process reliability: these are the advantages of professional contract cleaning, as offered by Richard Geiss GmbH, based in Offingen (Bavaria).

Richard Geiss GmbH's in-house contract cleaning service cleans heavily oiled or wet metal parts down to the pores. Stamped, stamped-bent, wire-bent, deep-drawn or extruded parts are freed from chips, particles, oils or grease. In combination with Geiss solvents, the highest surface tensions are achieved during degreasing in Offingen.

Richard Geiss GmbH has two systems in use: one system works with modified alcohols and is also used for preservation. The other system uses perchloroethylene (PER) and efficiently cleans parts from deep-drawing oils, for example.

Sustainable contract cleaning

"We operate our high-end degreasing system with high-purity PER recyclate. This is 100 percent the same quality as virgin material, but has a significantly lower carbon footprint: Geiss PER saves up to 90 percent CO2 compared to virgin material," explains Bastian Geiss, Managing Partner of Richard Geiss GmbH.

All-round service

With contract cleaning at Richard Geiss GmbH, everything comes from a single source: from incoming goods, preparation and cleaning of the parts, to quality control, assembly and packaging of the parts according to customer requirements and, finally, outgoing goods. The entire cleaning process is computer-controlled so that no uncleaned parts can leave the 800m2 contract cleaning hall. Laboratory and vehicle fleet services are also available to customers.
