Bodo Möller Chemie is now expanding the distribution of its products and services in South East Asia with new branches in Thailand and Vietnam - after China and India.

With the two recently established branches in Thailand and Vietnam, Bodo Möller Chemie now also offers users in the Southeast Asian region its extensive range of adhesive and sealant systems, potting technologies and thermal management materials (for power electronics and battery systems) in combination with technical advice and application technology services, such as carrying out adhesive tests in the company's own laboratories. The focus is on the automotive, electric vehicle, charging infrastructure, battery technology, electronics manufacturing and aerospace industries, among others. "The new sales offices in Bangkok and Hanoi City strengthen our presence on the Asian market. This will enable us to meet the increased demand for our products and services. Technical service and consulting for production and development processes as well as maintenance applications are among our core competencies as a solution provider," says Bernhard Vreden, Managing Director of Bodo Möller Chemie Thailand. "E-mobility and renewable energies are changing the industrial landscape in Thailand and Vietnam. With innovative product solutions and our expertise in adhesive processing, we are actively shaping innovations," adds Lionel Breuilly, President of Bodo Möller Chemie APAC. The close cooperation with long-standing and successful partners such as DuPont, Henkel, Huntsman, medmix and Pactan is indispensable in Southeast Asia."

The new branches now also offer users the opportunity to access the services of the Adhesives Competence Center in Shanghai, China. There, engineers and chemists translate the chemical properties of the adhesives and sealants into mechanical and electromagnetic parameters for the designers on the customer side. "The expansion into Thailand and Vietnam is a strategically important step in expanding our geographical footprint. We offer our customers worldwide an exceptional end-to-end offering and decades of expertise. We are convinced that this new presence in Southeast Asia will offer unique opportunities for both our customers and our company," summarizes Frank Haug, CEO of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group.
