Plasmatreat honored with Top 100 Award

In the scientific selection process, Plasmatreat was particularly convincing in size category C (over 200 employees) in the "External orientation / Open Innovation" category. The Top 100 company portrait published on the occasion of the award states: Plasmatreat's surface pretreatment technology "Plasma" is a real "jack-of-all-trades", and the medium-sized company is correspondingly diverse. "Every year, we work on well over 1,000 application projects worldwide, which often result in new development projects," says Managing Director Christian Buske. This can be in the medical field, for example in the printing of devices and utensils, or in the coating of lightweight components for aircraft or drones and in the field of e-mobility.

Thanks to the many innovative successes in various industries, processes are becoming more sustainable and environmentally friendly. In its development projects, the company cooperates with customers as well as with research institutions and scientists all over the world, including many plasma researchers in the USA, Japan and Australia. The company has an excellent network and is working together on many innovative solutions, such as nano-thin coatings that are applied using plasma technology to create new surface properties, such as corrosion protection.
