Timmer presents new TimEco piston pump series at PaintExpo 2024

Timmer GmbH will be showcasing its expanded pump portfolio for various industries and applications at PaintExpo 2024. The trade fair appearance will focus on the TimEco product series with technical innovations and market-oriented optimization.
"We have developed our TimEco product series specifically for the complex requirements of the paint and varnish industry," says Christian Thora, product specialist at Timmer. Thanks to their compact design, the electric piston pumps can be easily integrated into existing systems. The fast reaction time during the acceleration process of the pump means that the ring line pressure can be reduced, thereby significantly minimizing energy costs. At the same time, the lower pressure also increases the service life of the medium. The pumps have already been established on the market for many years. At PaintExpo, Timmer will be presenting the electric piston pumps with new technical developments. New to the range is the pump with a permanent flow rate of 10 liters per minute. "This meets the current requirements on the market, as we are seeing a growing demand for small, compact pumps. Thanks to the low capacity, users save space and achieve a higher product quality of the paints and varnishes," says Thora. A further technical optimization of the electric piston pumps is the reduction in the number of cartridges they contain. By reducing the number of grease cartridges used to lubricate the components from four to two, users save a considerable amount of time and money on maintenance. "These are decisive advantages in a market that is becoming increasingly demanding and price-sensitive," says Thora. Also new: the use of Tri-Clamp instead of conventional threads in the pump connection area. In this way, the pump specialist minimizes dead spaces and paint carry-over and thus the risk of contamination of the medium.
In addition to the renewed pump series, Timmer will be presenting other products at PaintExpo 2024 that have already proven themselves successfully in the painting industry: With TimBoost, TimPro and TimChem, the Neuenkirchen-based company is showcasing double diaphragm pumps designed according to the short-stroke principle. This reduces pulsation and ensures an even media flow. The pumps in the TimPpro series have been used successfully for many years as process pumps in applications in the coatings industry. They are characterized by their process reliability, compact design and long service life. The pumps in the product line are available in different versions. With a transmission ratio of 1:1, the product achieves a maximum flow rate of 600 liters per minute. The TimBoost high-pressure double diaphragm pump achieves particularly high media pressures. At up to 25 bar, the pneumatic pump has a flow rate of up to 110 liters per minute. The pumps in the TimChem series are specially designed for the chemical industry. Their optimized sealing and the use of particularly resistant materials offer users a high degree of operational reliability. In addition to the large selection of pumps, Timmer will also be presenting the QuickLift, an ergonomic lifting aid for everyday work, at PaintExpo. Universally applicable in various industries, the QuickLift can be used to ergonomically lift and move goods weighing up to 50 kilograms using vacuum lifting technology. "Whether ergonomic solutions for the workplace or our innovative technology in the field of pneumatics: we are looking forward to presenting our solutions for the painting industry and exchanging ideas with the specialist audience," says Thora.
