At Paint Expo 2024, the world trade fair for painting technology, Rippert will be presenting numerous new, innovative developments and solutions for the surface technology of the future.

At PaintExpo 2024, Rippert, as an internationally active system supplier of complete systems with extensive automation and its own high level of vertical integration, will primarily be showcasing new developments in the areas of MES/software control and automation; Smart Solutions/compact systems with robots; intelligent handling and transport systems; automatic robot painting with self-programming; robot painting, easy-to-teach; the new RTS- Rotation Plus - paint mist separation without filters; systems for self-coating dip painting (VIANT) at OEM level without electrical energy as well as top-class green energy oven technology. In order to clearly explain the automated systems, "live" coating processes will be presented at the Rippert stand 2430, hall 2, and their results displayed simultaneously. These include 3D component identification, which makes it possible to identify components from a few centimetres to several meters; position recognition; the development of automatic coating strategies; the use of expert knowledge for coating and not for programming in order to quickly enable series coatings (the systems are suitable for covering the smallest quantities for contract coaters as well as the variety of variants of an industrial coater) and the integration of measuring systems that can quickly detect and also regulate inaccuracies.

Rippert will also be presenting customized and higher-level control systems. With the Rippert MES, the company has succeeded in developing a software solution that is superordinate to the actual paint shop control system and takes on tasks in the areas of monitoring, control, optimization, visualization and worker support. And it is not only tailor-made for coating systems, but can also be individually adapted to the customer's requirements. The requirements for the implemented software solutions range from detailed planning/"order sequence planning" to active "routing" interventions in system logistics and tools for reports, quality assurance and maintenance.
