An entire trade fair stand made of Clip-O-Flex: At AMB, Hahn + Kolb will be demonstrating the countless possibilities of optimized workstation systems - and will be using them to construct large parts of its trade fair stand - in combination with new tool inserts made of cork from Opt-I-Store for a sustainable appearance.

Other trade fair highlights from Hahn + Kolb at AMB 2024 (Hall 1, Stand B10) include supporting automation solutions, new products for metalworking from Atorn and integrated Industry 4.0 output systems for tool management. At Hahn + Kolb, visitors will experience live how digitalization, automation and intelligent tool supply contribute to increasing efficiency. The company will be presenting end-to-end solutions for the automation of production processes, digital tool dispensing and the organization of workstations optimally tailored to the activity. These include automation solutions in production as well as new tools for machining, load cell machines for dispensing PPE items and tools and flexible workstation systems from Clip-O-Flex. Hahn + Kolb is also making use of its versatility for its presentation at the trade fair and is largely designing the entire trade fair stand with the product range. Thanks to the sturdy hook-in holder, Clip-O-Flex allows countless equipment modules such as shelves, tools, containers, laptop holders and LED lights as well as other work surfaces and devices to be attached securely, sturdily and ergonomically in the immediate working environment.

The tool inserts from Opt-I-Store made from renewable cork are a sustainable solution: As with the classic version made of hard foam, the cork inserts can also be shaped into any form - as individual tool inserts for drawers, for transporting parts or for office organization. As a system supplier, Hahn + Kolb will be presenting various robot solutions and a wide range of accessories for handling different components in the automation area at AMB. These include grippers for gripping round or cubic workpieces as well as combinations for different tasks. Their range of applications extends from loading measuring, turning, milling and drilling machines to component assembly and packaging. For many small and medium-sized companies, they are therefore a quick solution to the shortage of skilled workers. In addition to presenting a cross-section of its full product range, Hahn + Kolb is also focusing on automation and partial automation in the metalworking sector: A new 5-axis vice from Atorn with quick-jaw change system, the completely revised and expanded Orion HPC milling cutter range and the new four-edged Atorn countersink shorten machining times and increase safety in both automated and manual production processes. For the areas of tool dispensing, ordering and management, Hahn + Kolb will be presenting the innovative HK-Mat Integrate, a digital tool management system for holistic tool organization. With the HK-MAT series of load cell machines, Hahn + Kolb is demonstrating a particularly efficient way of managing and planning personal protective equipment (PPE) and easily distinguishable consumables of all kinds.
