H2O GmbH with new sales manager Simon Götz
Simon Götz has been the new Sales Manager at H2O GmbH, which produces and sells Vacudest brand industrial wastewater treatment systems in Steinen, Baden, since November 1, 2024.
The 41-year-old Simon Götz, new Sales Manager at H2O GmbH, is no stranger to the industry - he has 15 years of experience in wastewater treatment and international sales. Götz is looking forward to his new role. "With the marketing and sales departments, you have a direct influence on the entire chain of the sales process. From the design of marketing campaigns, initial customer contact and subsequent project development through to the conclusion of the contract. This - in combination with managing people of very different characters - makes this position very attractive to me."
His goals for 2025 also include focusing on relevant market areas, strategic internationalization and the move towards larger projects. "I like the challenge of being able to sell a top premium product in a market environment that is not always easy," reveals Simon Götz. The active footballer and handball player is particularly looking forward to getting to know his team, promoting potential and encouraging them to perform with justified self-confidence. Because "We have a top premium product that offers our customers real added value!".
