The used waste water produced in painting technology is increasingly presenting companies with economic challenges. The solution from H2O GmbH: high-quality rinsing water treatment that saves costs. The experts for wastewater-free production will explain how this works at PaintExpo 2024.

By treating wastewater with Vacudest, companies can reduce their wastewater volumes and significantly cut disposal costs. However, the residual water content of the residue can make complete disposal more difficult. This is where the Vacudest ZLD post-concentrator comes in. It reduces the residual water content of the residue in a downstream evaporation stage and reduces the residual quantity by a further 50 percent.

It does this in a particularly energy-efficient way thanks to clever energy recycling: the ZLD uses the heat of the steam from the Vacudest for evaporation. Particularly interesting: the residues often contain valuable raw materials, for example in the form of oils, whose recycling offers additional economic potential. The Vacudest ZLD secondary concentrator is available for wastewater volumes of 2,100 to 16,000 m³/year. Further information will be available during PaintExpo 2024 at the H2O stand no. 1501 in Hall 1.
