In the future, maintenance engineers and operators will be able to access the digitally editable service program for the maintenance of technical building systems via the VDMA Verlag Shop. The new distribution channel enables licensed downloads.

The VDMA 24186 standard sheet including the performance program is now available as a licensed download in the common formats (Word, Excel, PDF). The new distribution channel via the online store of the VDMA publishing house offers uncomplicated access for immediate use after conclusion of the license. As the basis for performance programs for the maintenance of technical systems and equipment in buildings, VDMA 24186 has been successfully used in practice for more than 40 years. The standard sheet is established as a standard work and corresponds to the current state of the art through regular adaptation. The maintenance tasks listed in the standard sheet as a modular system enable the creation of individual, plant-specific work lists.

The technical code is an ideal working tool for providers of technical services in buildings, operators of technical building systems, and companies involved in building and facility management.
