Atlas Copco Group launches new umbrella brand

The Atlas Copco single brand can currently be recognized by its blue and white logo. This will continue to be used on the Group's machines and systems as well as for the corresponding services. The other 50 or so brands in the Group, such as Edwards, Isra, Leybold, LEWA and Chicago Pneumatic, will also retain their existing logos: They all have their own identity and their own unique brand promise and portfolio.

"We are represented worldwide with numerous strong brands that all stand together for the success of our Group," said Mats Rahmström, President and CEO of the Atlas Copco Group, at the presentation of the new Group image in Sweden. "This diversity and our decentralized structure will remain an important part of our strategy in the future," emphasized the Group CEO. In future, the "Atlas Copco Group" will also act as the new umbrella brand for all Group brands - including Atlas Copco. "This will allow each individual brand to retain its individuality, while at the same time drawing attention to the fact that they are all part of something bigger." With the new message - "Technology that changes the future" - Atlas Copco also wants to make it clear how much the Group contributes to global progress and social development. "Many of our customers want to play an active role in shaping industrial progress and rely on innovative, sustainable ideas and developments. We support them in increasing productivity, enhancing safety, improving quality and producing more energy-efficiently," said Rahmström. "Because our solutions and our employees make the difference!"
