Lach Diamant invites to Productronica 2023
First demonstrated by Lach Diamant at Productronica 1977, visitors to this year's Productronica trade show can see for themselves what the company has in store for the world's leading electronics manufacturers today in terms of superior diamond and carbide tools for economical PCB production.
An example of PCB production with tools from Lach Diamant are "depanelling tools" for stress-free PCB separation in multiple slotting with highest precision; cutting widths from 0.3mm are realized. Toothed tools are available with an ultra-fine tooth pitch of up to 1.4 mm. Or scribing tools: While in the beginning it was single-layer plates that could be machined with solid carbide scribing tools without any problems, development has long since moved on. In the meantime, glass fiber, ceramics and hybrid materials are used; thanks to new manufacturing technologies, Lach Diamant has developed the "DreboBlueCut" PCD high-performance scribers for this purpose. As is customary at Lach Diamant, all scribers are available from stock or at short notice in all special designs and cutting edge geometries.
Hybrid materials and other challenges: Lach Diamant as a global player in the tooling industry develops and manufactures, since the first presentation in 1977 at the Productronica, for all leading electronics manufacturers worldwide the machining tools essential for an economic production. Thus, Lach Diamant is also prepared for the new challenges - for example, for the hybrid materials currently being developed with a wide variety of properties - with electrically conductive, heat-resistant - but also insulating and heat-dissipating properties, etc. Lach Diamant will be present at Productronica in Munich at booth B3.418.
