The ongoing transformation in many industrial sectors is resulting in new and changed tasks for parts manufacturers in the field of parts cleaning. In September 2022, the 30th Industrial Parts Cleaning Conference of the German Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT) will present the fundamentals, systematic approaches and best practice solutions.

As the first address for efficient knowledge transfer, information about new developments and trends as well as the exchange of experiences, the 30th FiT Industrial Component Cleaning Conference offers basic know-how, expert knowledge, innovative solutions and best practice applications for this purpose. Organized by Fairxperts, the symposium with accompanying exhibition will be held on September 20, 2022, at Motorworld Manufaktur Metzingen.

The program of the one-day anniversary event will start with an introductory lecture on "Filmic contamination in ultra-fine cleaning - a challenge for cleaning technology". In accordance with the guidelines for quality-assured component cleaning developed by the FiT, the following presentations are divided into the topics "Chemistry, Processes and Plant Technology" and "Measurement, Testing and Control". In the first session, speakers with practical experience will provide information on, among other things, effective corrosion protection concepts for corrosion-sensitive components, the aspects that need to be taken into account when selecting the right cleaner and how synergy effects can be exploited when deburring and cleaning complex component structures. Other contributions in this thematic block will deal with challenges and solutions for cleaning in remanufacturing, a technology for deep cleaning of geometrically critical components and the funding opportunities for investments in climate-friendly drying solutions. The second session will show how processes can be designed and optimized by directly measuring the cleaning result, the influence of technical cleanliness on the service life of products, and High Purity. The accompanying exhibition offers participants the opportunity to find out about new products and developments in the field of industrial cleaning technology and to exchange experiences.
