BASF expands Automotive Coatings Application Center in India

BASF has expanded its Automotive Coatings Application Center at the Coatings Technology Center in Mangalore, India. It is an important part of BASF's existing automotive coatings research and development (R&D) facilities.
BASF's Automotive Coatings Application Center in India covers an area of 400 square meters and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including high-precision air-conditioned spray booths and electrostatic rotary bell atomizers, as well as an advanced quick-connect system for electrostatic painting. The facility was specifically designed for customer-focused R&D activities as well as true-to-life simulation of OEM paint operations.
