VOA publishes annual report 2024/2025
The Association for Surface Finishing of Aluminum e. V. (VOA) presents its Annual Report 2024/2025. This provides a comprehensive overview of all of the association's activities, challenges and successes over the past twelve months.
At a time when companies are confronted with many different challenges such as rising prices - especially in the energy sector - digitalization, sustainability and a shortage of skilled workers in global competition, it is important to see interests and actively shape the economic future of the industry. As a trade association, the VOA represents the surface finishing industry at national and international level and brings the perspective of its members into discussions with political decision-makers, authorities and other relevant institutions in order to create fair framework conditions. The aim is to increase the competitiveness of member companies and position them successfully in a dynamic market. The constant dialog helps to create a better understanding of the economic and social importance of the surface finishing industry.
VOA is committed to the interests of the surface finishing industry
In the current annual report, the VOA provides information on the numerous initiatives, seminars and events that it offered or took part in in 2024 and 2025 in order to advocate for and focus on the interests of the surface finishing industry. However, the annual report not only contains a review of the past year, but also documents the strength and cohesion of the VOA network, consisting of the numerous member companies and other players in the industry. The VOA addresses numerous technical topics relating to products, processes and international technical developments, tracks trends, recognizes current challenges and jointly develops practical, economic information. "Here, our member companies contribute their diverse experience and professionalism to the community, which leads to a valuable exchange of knowledge and best practices that we also bring to the political arena. We focus on cooperation, further development and the innovative strength of the industry, even in a challenging global environment," says VOA Managing Director Dr. Alexa A. Becker. The VOA invites all member companies and interested parties to find out more and also to attend this year's General Assembly from June 25 to 27, 2025 in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.
