Venjakob: Coating system for battery cells at Battery Show Europe
Venjakob will be represented at the Battery Show Europe 2025 in Hall 8, Stand D31. The company will be presenting its innovative process for the cost-effective coating of battery cells, which replaces conventional foiling.
The new innovative spray coating system from Venjakob enables 6-sided coating of battery cells in various formats - without any changeover. The use of 100% UV coating in a single pass increases production speed and reduces costs compared to the previous foiling process. Independent tests show that Venjakob UV coatings are superior in mechanical and electrical tests, especially under extreme conditions.
