Hesse offers sustainable hydro alternative to solventborne 2K PUR coatings
The Hesse Perfect family is the fully-fledged and sustainable alternative to conventional solvent-based 2K-PUR paint systems. This is because switching from solvent-based systems to hydro coatings saves up to 1 kilo of CO2 per square meter of painted surface.
The Hesse Perfect family from Hesse consists of products that have been tried and tested for years, supplemented by current new developments. The aim is to offer a solution in the two-component hydro sector that corresponds to those of polyurethane coating systems in terms of processing and resistance. The products fit perfectly into the sustainability strategy of Hesse, the coatings and stains specialist based in Hamm, Germany. It is an optimally coordinated range: easy handling with just one hardener, coupled with optimum resistance, speak in favor of this system. All members of the family are certified with regard to flame retardancy according to IMO and the newer and Europe-wide valid standard DIN EN 13501-1. No special training in the handling of diisocyanate is required for the use of the hardener. The hardener component is REACH-compliant and already meets the low NCO monomer limit for isocyanates of less than 0.1 percent that will apply in the future.
The Perfect family includes Perfect-Fill, which has been developed as a system filler for combination with Perfect-Color. Its wide range of applications, such as use on heavily stressed surfaces like damp rooms, and its user-friendly processing make it a universal filler for the entire interior. Perfect-Color is a fast-drying, environmentally friendly paint with excellent flow properties and shows its advantages particularly in forced drying. It can therefore also be used as a low-solvent alternative product for series production. Even heavy workpieces can be stacked or processed the next day. It achieves maximum chemical and mechanical resistance and is therefore used in all areas of interior finishing, including kitchens, bathrooms, doors and store fitting. As a topcoat, Perfect-Top is an absolute all-rounder with good staining and brilliance. Its excellent mechanical and chemical resistance makes it a high-quality surface protection in all interior finishing. A creak-free coating of wooden stairs as well as the varnishing of children's toys is also possible. Perfect-Base is the fourth member of the family. This rich primer with excellent kindling ensures the best mechanical and chemical resistance. The wood is excellently fired. Perfect-Base is ideal for heavily stressed surfaces as well as for woods rich in content.
