Adler presents furniture lacquer completely VOC-free

The Bluefin Unistar furniture lacquer from Adler, which already caused a sensation when it was launched two years ago, is a lacquer for all occasions, universal and uncomplicated. Now the experts in Adler's R&D department have put their heads together once again - with an impressive result: thanks to a revised formula with innovative raw material technology, Bluefin Unistar is the first completely solvent-free furniture lacquer and can therefore proudly wear the "Zero" ribbon! Nothing has changed in the proven qualities of this user-friendly all-rounder - on the contrary: "Drying and block resistance have once again improved significantly," emphasizes Adler furniture lacquer development manager Reinhard Berghofer-Guem.

As a completely VOC-free product that does not release any emissions into the room air, Bluefin Unistar Zero is perfect for meeting the highest demands in terms of ecological construction - for example for public contracts or building certifications according to DGNB or Minergie Eco. And, of course, the installers themselves also benefit from the solvent-free product - thanks to more pleasant working conditions. Bluefin Unistar Zero is therefore the ideal product to make the changeover palatable to water-based paint newcomers: In addition to its environmental and user-friendliness, the clearcoat impresses with its excellent filling power, very good grain accentuation, high transparency and outstanding protection against yellowing, scratches and stains. It is ideal for the lacquer-in-lacquer method and can be used directly on all common types of wood - including oak.
