Venjakob at Ligna 2023
At this year's Ligna. the world's leading trade fair for tools, machines and plants for woodworking and processing, Venjakob Maschinenbau will be presenting its competence for roller coating machines live for the first time in Hall 16, Stand C 22.
For individual coating solutions in the field of spray coating technology, Venjakob is a constant as a system supplier. The product range covers all processes included in a coating line. The company will be providing demonstrations at Ligna 2023. Demonstrations will show how profiled workpieces are effectively coated with a 100 percent UV coating using a special application roller and in combination with the robust design of our machine. Curing takes place in a UV system, here Venjakob combines energy-saving UV LED technology with a Surround UV module, which ensures optimum irradiation of shaped workpieces. Afterwards, the coated workpieces can be stacked and packaged immediately, and the coating is completely cured.

Venjakob is attempting to make this partially visible at Ligna, for example, by demonstrating how coating lines can be optimally occupied with the help of its own developed control technology and a software program, thus saving resources.
