Vapic takes over component cleaning brand Bous

Vapic is expanding its cleaning technology portfolio with Bous: With effect from May 1, 2025, the specialist for industrial cleaning technologies is taking over the renowned Bous brand of the insolvent Bous Renzmann Cleantech GmbH with its cleaning machines, cleaning chemicals and service.
With the acquisition of the machines, chemicals and service from Bous, Vapic has taken an important step towards strengthening its own strategy for profitable company growth. "We are very pleased about the addition to our product range. It now gives us the opportunity to convince even more customers of our products and services," says Vapic Managing Director and company founder Reiner Wolf. With the integration of the Bous machines, Vapic is adding a segment of standardized, aqueous cleaning systems and systems specifically for cleaning pipes and hoses to its range of special systems. The aim of the takeover is to be able to ideally serve new tasks and open up new market segments with the expanded range of services. To this end, there are valuable synergies with Bous, both structurally and technologically, on the basis of which the potential of the combined product portfolio can be optimally exploited.

With the acquisition, Vapic is acquiring Bous' entire range of machines, including cleaning chemicals, technical support, a high-quality network of partners and a broad customer base. "This will give us completely new opportunities to drive forward the sale of our machines and serve our customers with proven technologies and good service. To this end, we will also continue to develop the Bous machines further and identify new approaches," continues Vapic Managing Director Samuel Wolf. Vapic will stick to the three areas of cleaning systems, contract cleaning and cleaning chemicals and integrate Bous as a further building block in the corporate strategy. Almost nothing will change for the customers of Bous Renzmann Cleantech GmbH following the brand takeover. For existing machines, technical support and the supply of spare parts and cleaning agents will continue seamlessly. This is ensured by the takeover of long-standing service employees Marco Cürten and Fabio Mai.
