Sita at Parts2clean: Cleanliness inspection of parts surfaces
At Parts2clean 2025, Sita Messtechnik will be presenting its globally proven product range for quality-assuring process control in parts cleaning: Measuring devices and customized process solutions for monitoring and controlling parts cleanliness and cleaning baths.
For the first time this year, Sita will be presenting an innovative imaging measuring device at Parts2clean that detects, visualizes and quantifies contamination on component surfaces quickly and in high resolution.
The focus will also be on the new generation of the successful SITA CleanoSpector mobile handheld measuring device. Practical innovations include a trigger button on the sensor for better handling, the scan measurement function for faster data acquisition, the reading of component identifiers (barcode, DMC, DPM) and new PC software for analysis, documentation and Q-DAS export of measurement data. Sita Messtechnik GmbH will be exhibiting in Hall 10, Stand B20.
