Pero is presenting its new Scope technology at Parts2clean 2025. It continuously analyses the condition of the cleaning medium and then regulates the distillation and heating power, which reduces operating costs and the use of solvents and stabilizers.

Clean components are a key quality factor in almost all industries - from automotive and aviation to medical technology and mechanical engineering. At the same time, the requirements for cost-effectiveness and sustainability are increasing. This is where Pero AG's new Scope technology comes in: It takes industrial parts cleaning to a new level. The Scope module continuously analyzes the condition of the cleaning medium - precisely, automatically and without interrupting the process. Factors such as temperature, contamination or foam formation are permanently recorded. On this basis, the system regulates the distillation and heating power exactly as required. According to the manufacturer, this results in up to 59% less energy consumption and a noticeable reduction in the use of solvents and stabilizers. At the same time, the cleaning quality remains high - a decisive advantage for companies that need to ensure technical cleanliness.

Lower operating costs and CO₂ reduction in parts cleaning

Solvent systems with full vacuum technology are already considered a particularly environmentally friendly form of parts cleaning. With Scope, Pero goes one step further: in addition to the closed solvent cycle, the electricity requirement is now also significantly reduced. For manufacturing companies, this means lower operating costs, faster amortization of the investment and a measurable contribution to CO₂ reduction. The potential savings are particularly effective under realistic production conditions: In tests with 80% capacity utilization and 20% downtime, energy requirements were reduced by almost two thirds. This makes Scope suitable for companies in a wide range of industries that want to make their production more efficient, economical and sustainable.

Presentation at Parts2clean 2025

As an internationally positioned family business, Pero ensures that Scope works reliably worldwide. The global service network with locations in Europe, Asia and North America ensures fast response times, spare parts availability and comprehensive support from trained technicians. The Scope technology will be officially presented at the Parts2clean trade fair in Stuttgart from October 7 - 9, 2025 (Hall 10, Stand A.04). There, visitors can experience how smart optimization makes parts cleaning more sustainable, economical and future-proof.
