New FiT board elected at general meeting

At the general meeting of the Fachverband industrielle Teilereinigung e. V. (FiT) on September 12, 2024 in Dresden, the association's board was re-elected for a three-year term. All candidates were unanimously elected for the new term of office, with Dr. Michael Flämmich and Rainer Straub re-elected as Chairmen of the Board.
At the general meeting of the German Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT) following the 2024 Industrial Parts Cleaning Conference, the heads of the various specialist committees reported on their activities over the past twelve months and on current projects being worked on. In addition, the FiT's short, medium and long-term goals developed in strategy meetings were presented.
The agenda also included the regular election of the new Board of Directors, with the previous Board member Andreas Pradel (Surtec Deutschland GmbH) not standing for re-election at his own request. The other members of the previous Management Board stood for re-election. As a new candidate, Birgit Fruggel (Senior Expert Surface Conditioning & Technical Cleanliness, Schaeffler Technologies GmbH & Co. KG) presented her expertise from a user perspective. In the subsequent block vote, all candidates were unanimously elected for the next three years. The members of the newly elected FiT Board are Juliane Schulze (Sita Messtechnik), Rainer Straub (Ecoclean GmbH), Birgit Fruggel (Schaeffler Technologies), Florian Weber (Weber Ultrasonics), Kerstin Zübert (Hermann Bantleon), Dr. Michael Flämmich (Vacom Vakuum Komponenten & Messtechnik) and Gerhard Koblenzer (LPW Reinigungssysteme). The election of Dr. Michael Flämmich (Vacom Vakuum Komponenten & Messtechnik GmbH) as Chairman and Rainer Straub (Ecoclean GmbH) as Deputy Chairman confirmed the previous incumbents.
