Fit seminar on quality assurance in component cleaning
The two-day seminar "Quality assurance in component cleaning" 2025 is a high-quality further training and qualification measure from the Fachverband industrielle Teilereinigung e.V. (FiT). The event will take place from February 19 - 20, 2025 in Heilbronn.
The aim of quality assurance in industrial cleaning is to meet the requirements for the cleanliness of components from subsequent manufacturing processes, such as coating, bonding, welding or assembly. Coordinated solutions for the cleaning process and its monitoring are necessary to ensure stable and efficient component cleanliness. The Fachverband industrielle Teilereinigung e.V. (FiT) offers a high-quality further training and qualification measure in the form of the two-day seminar Quality Assurance in Component Cleaning. Experienced application engineers impart the knowledge required to ensure stable component cleanliness in theory and practice with a lecture section in the morning and a practical section in the afternoon.
Basic knowledge of component cleanliness
The seminar offers basic knowledge, guidelines and practical reports for stable component cleanliness through efficient quality control and optimized processes and system technology. In the parallel practical sessions, experienced application engineers in small groups will present proven measuring devices and methods for monitoring the cleaning process, the modes of action of cleaning mechanisms and provide solutions and guidelines for their practical and efficient use. The number of participants is limited to 40 and the event is organized by the trade fair organizer fairXperts.
