Bandelin: Ultrasonic and pulsed vacuum cleaning in compact design
At Parts2clean 2023, Bandelin will be showing a compact cleaning solution consisting of ultrasonic and pulsed vacuum cleaning, which can be used to clean even hard-to-reach interiors without much effort.
The combination of ultrasonic and pulsed vacuum cleaning means that even complex components, capillary cavities, hoses or bulk material can be cleaned without great effort, even on interiors that are normally difficult or impossible to clean. The ultrasound loosens the contaminants, while the pulsed vacuum ensures that the ultrasound reaches every corner. At the same time, the pulsed vacuum also flushes the detached particles out of the cleaning material.
Bandelin's compact cleaning solution, which is also available in a double tank version, for example for simultaneous cleaning and rinsing or 2 x cleaning or 2 x rinsing, can be easily set up and operated in a safe and defined manner. The system enables economical operation even with low cleaning volumes. At Parts2clean 2023 Bandelin (booth B18) will exhibit the Sonorex CNp 28-2 unit.
