B-TEC at Parts2Clean: ATEX-compliant parts cleaning
B-TEC GmbH, as a leading supplier of washing equipment in the field of paint cleaning, announces its first participation in the prestigious Parts2Clean 2023 exhibition and presents the innovative ATEX-compliant partial cleaning device CleanTwist.
CleanTwist from B-TEC is the world's first pneumatic washer with rotating cleaning basket that thereby meets the requirements of the ATEX directive. Thanks to its pneumatically driven rotating basket, (several) (paint-) soiled parts and components can be cleaned efficiently at the same time with a size of up to 590 mm and even highly flammable cleaning liquids such as 100% acetone can be used safely. In addition to CleanTwist, B-TEC will show other solutions for automatic cleaning of paint spray guns, soaking of parts and workpieces, and manual cleaning of various components at Parts2Clean. All of B-TEC's products in this segment basically comply with ATEX standards and are thus suitable for safe and health-friendly cleaning with highly flammable liquids.
Additional focus of B-TEC is always on environmental friendliness and health protection of the product range. B-TEC therefore also offers VOC-reduced, ecological cleaning agents for the effective cleaning of paints and varnishes, in order to be able to completely dispense with the use of flammable cleaning agents, thus minimizing the environmental impact in the best possible way.
