ZVO Surface Days: Karlsruhe as new venue
The organizing company ZVO Service GmbH has long been looking for a new venue for the ZVO Surface Days, preferably in the south of the country. An additional venue for the annual congress has now been found in Karlsruhe.
For the first time, the ZVO Surface Technology Days will take place in Karlsruhe from 23 to 25 September 2026, with the lecture program in the completely renovated Stadthalle. The Schwarzwaldhalle opposite the Stadthalle provides the perfect setting for the opening event of the welcome evening.
The Stadthalle is the centerpiece of an ensemble of four event halls around the Karlsruhe fairground. This makes the Karlsruhe Congress Center one of the largest inner-city congress centers in Germany. The accommodation contingent is currently being put together and 300 rooms have already been booked in nearby hotels.
