ZVO Surface Days 2025: Last call for presentation proposals

With a presentation proposal for the Surface Technology Days 2025 of the Zentralverband Oberflächentechnik e.V. (ZVO), speakers have the opportunity to present and discuss complex topics in the field of new process technologies, new plant and equipment variants or increasingly important areas such as CO2 footprint, saving energy and resources or the effects of legal framework conditions (keyword REACH, EEG, Supply Chain Act). This will initiate discussions with leaders from research and development. Until the end of January 2025, there is still the opportunity to submit practical presentations and present processes and solutions to an interested specialist audience and generate new contacts. The main topics and permanent subject areas as well as details on submitting presentations can be found on the congress homepage. For each submitted proposal, the title of the presentation, a presentation abstract in text form as well as a CV of the speaker(s) in text form are required.

The treatment of surfaces is a key technology for the technical, scientific, economic and ecological solution of current problems in the development of innovative products. The ZVO Surface Days, which take place annually in September, make an important contribution to this. The primary aim of the Surface Days is to network research and practice in the field of electroplating and surface technology and to support cross-industry communication. The development of new areas of application for electroplated coatings and the increasing demands on coated surfaces as well as dealing with new legal regulations at EU and federal level are the core topics of the Surface Days. Trade visitors from the fields of development, construction, design and production in particular benefit from the practical orientation of the event.
