VOA seminars are very popular
The further and advanced training seminars of the Association for the Surface Finishing of Aluminum e. V. (VOA) in November 2024 were very well received. The offer included seminars on coating and Qualicoat as well as the anodizing seminar.
The Association for the Surface Finishing of Aluminum e. V. (VOA) routinely held its established further training events in digital form on 05.11.2024 and from 12 to 14.11.2024. Experts from the ranks of VOA members shared their extensive experience with the 60 participants at the coating and Qualicoat seminar as well as the anodizing seminar. They were aimed at both beginners and advanced users, who were able to take away a wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge and many impressions for their daily practice. The aim was to produce outstanding quality with the best technical know-how.
VOA seminars alternate between online and in person
Since 2020, the VOA has alternated between holding its events online and in person in order to offer members interested in further training the advantages of each format. Participants appreciate both forms. The VOA's regular training courses enable member companies and interested parties to receive specialist input on the basics and the latest developments, as well as to learn from each other. Of particular interest: Possible error patterns, their causes and measures to prevent them, i.e. everything to do with error management. In this way, participants gain detailed insights into the coating and anodizing process in a clear and memorable way, which serves as the perfect basis for producing reproducible, high-quality results for the global market.
Participants award top marks to VOA seminars
The VOA would like to thank the speakers of the Coating and Qualicoat as well as the Anodizing Seminar for their valuable contribution, especially Friedhelm U. Scholten, the Chairman of the Executive Board, who has been in charge of the further development of the Anodizing Seminar for many years and led through the program. Naturally, the VOA evaluated both events at the end. Thank you for the top marks and praise from the participants, who once again contributed suggestions for topics from the field. The association will use these to tailor the program of the upcoming events to individual needs and developments in science and research in the best possible way. The VOA is planning the two seminars next year from November 11 to 13 physically at the Hotel Jagdschloss Kranichstein near Darmstadt, so that participants can conveniently attend both dates.
