Schlötter GmbH & Co. KG donated €3,000 to the K19 “Agapedia” children's and youth center in Geislingen. During a visit, the management brought a symbolic check for €3,000, which they presented to the facility on behalf of all Schlötter employees.

The amount for Schlötter's donation to the Geislingen children's home comes from the proceeds of the raffle at last year's annual party. This time, the company decided to donate the collected amount to the Agapedia children's home - a place in Geislingen where children and young people can experience reliable care, support and community every afternoon. "We are very pleased that we can support the valuable work of the team at K19 with this contribution," said Dr. Stefanie Geldbach, Managing Partner of Schlötter, at the handover. "It is important to us to promote social commitment in our region - especially where children and young people need support." The K19 team was also delighted. Stefan Barth, Managing Director of Agapedia, emphasized the importance of such donations for their day-to-day work: "This support is a strong sign of appreciation for us and helps us to expand our services for our children and young people - be it through creative leisure activities, play materials or simply the opportunity to experience wonderful moments together. We would like to thank Schlötter and its employees for this commitment."

Schlötter's long-term commitment to young people

The support of the K19 is representative of the long-standing social commitment of Dr.-Ing. As a medium-sized company with deep roots in the region, Schlötter attaches great importance to social responsibility - especially in the promotion of young people, be it through local youth projects or a strong training program within the company itself. It makes us proud to be able to make a difference together - especially when we can give children and young people a perspective and support them on their way to a good future," concludes Dr. Michael Zöllinger, Managing Director of Schlötter.
