Richard Geiss celebrates premiere at DeburringExpo

Richard Geiss GmbH is celebrating its trade show premiere at the Deburring Expo in Karlsruhe and is presenting itself for the first time at the leading trade show for deburring technologies and precision surfaces. The company will be presenting its new Cleanstab AS sump stabilizer.
Richard Geiss GmbH celebrates trade show premiere at DeburringExpo 2023 and presents its proven products for the degreasing process. In addition, the company will present its latest innovation, the Cleanstab AS. The sump stabilizer with a pH value of 13.5 (at 20°C). It is used in cleaning systems for surface cleaning and metal degreasing. As a stabilizer for modified alcohols, it reduces the acidity of the solvent and simultaneously raises the pH value. If the solvent bath is too acidic, this has negative consequences: There is a risk of corrosion for both the cleaned parts and the equipment. However, a stable solvent bath not only protects the equipment and components, but also has a sustainability benefit: Regular monitoring and post-stabilization increase the service life of the solvent. Less waste and CO2 are produced.
In addition to the new stabilizer, Richard Geiss GmbH will also be presenting its contract cleaning concept for the metalworking industry at its booth. At the company headquarters in Offingen, the solvent specialist offers an all-round service from the degreasing professional. "We are quite excited about Deburring Expo and are looking forward to being part of Europe's leading trade fair for deburring technologies and precision surfaces for the first time this year," explains Bastian Geiss, managing partner of Richard Geiss GmbH. "As a solvent specialist with a focus on surface technology, parts cleaning and contract cleaning, we are in exactly the right place in Karlsruhe. We are looking forward to lively visits and exchanges at our booth," Geiss continues.
