Ottozeus merges with Ruderer Klebetechnik

With effect from January 1, 2025, Ottozeus GmbH and Ruderer Klebetechnik GmbH will merge to form a single legal entity. As of this date, the contact and business partner for customers will be Ruderer Klebetechnik at the Zorneding site near Munich. As a result of the merger, the managing partners Petra and Jens Ruderer are simplifying their administrative processes and offering both commercial customers from the trade and craft sector and industrial processors a comprehensive range of products and services from a single source. Ottozeus was previously entered in the commercial register as an independent company. Ottozeus was founded by Ruderer in 2007 and specializes in the adhesives trade. With its own online store "www.ottozeus.com", the company offers an extensive range of high-quality industrial adhesives from all leading manufacturers, including matching accessories.

As a result of the social merger, Ottozeus customers not only enjoy the full potential of comprehensive advice from Ruderer Klebetechnik, but can also take advantage of its bonding services, such as ageing tests, bonding trials, contract bonding and training. They also benefit from access to well-known adhesive brands such as Technicoll, 3M, Araldite, Bondan, Bio-Circle, Bostik, Cyberbond, DELO, H.B. Fuller, Henkel, Kömmerling, Loctite, Lohmann, Marston Domsel, Otto Chemie, Panacol, Sika, Weicon and Weiss-Chemie.
