Metallform is taken over by the Kloz Group
Metallform Wächter GmbH, based in Bretten, will be fully acquired by Felix Kloz Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs KG, based in Fellbach, on May 28, 2025. The takeover is intended to create the basis for stable, future-oriented further development of the company.
Metallform is a company in the field of wire and sheet metal processing and manufactures, among other things, transport and cleaning containers made of stainless steel rods with an electropolished surface. Felix Kloz Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs KG is part of the Kloz Group, a broad-based group of companies headquartered in Fellbach. The group has been successfully active in various industrial sectors for many years, including forklift truck sales and service, bodywork and painting technology, wire processing, plastics processing, CNC machining, powder coating and the automotive trade. The Kloz Group's network is characterized by technological diversity, many years of experience and a high degree of specialization in various manufacturing processes.
Kloz Group wants to strengthen the Metallform site in Bretten
The new Managing Director of Metallform Kloz GmbH is Cengiz Öztok. With the takeover of Metallform, the Kloz Group is contributing its technical expertise, management experience and established network to strengthen the Bretten site and secure the company's long-term success. For customers, suppliers and partners, nothing fundamental will change in day-to-day business operations. The existing contacts will remain the same, as will the proven quality standards and the high level of reliability in cooperation. The aim of the takeover is to further strengthen Metallform's performance profile and at the same time to open up new technological and organizational potential.
