Hot-dip Galvanizing Award 2023 is awarded
For the 18th time, the Hot-Dip Galvanizing Industry Association is offering the Galvanizing Award for Architecture and Metal Design. Architects, engineers, steel and metal fabricators, designers and metal designers are invited to enter the competition for the award, which was first presented in 1989.
The Galvanizing Award, worth 15,000 euros, honors innovative buildings, objects and products that are hot-dip galvanized to a significant extent or contain interesting hot-dip galvanized details. An independent, high-caliber jury determines the award winners in the two categories of architecture and metal design.
In its more than 30-year history, the Award of the Hot-Dip Galvanizing Industry has developed into a podium for innovative architecture and metal design with steel that is respected among experts. Renowned architects and designers have taken part in the competition in the past. At the same time, the Galvanizing Award has served as a springboard for talented, lesser-known architects and metal designers to present outstanding projects to a wide audience. The closing date for entries for the Verzinkerpreis 2023 is March 1, 2023 (postmark).
