The Holzapfel Group presents its new Management Board: André Steffen (49) takes over the management of the company as CEO. The experienced electroplating expert impressed the shareholders with his commercial and technical expertise.

André Steffen will lead the company into the future together with Sascha Winkelmann (45), the new Technical Managing Director, who has been with the company for four years and has many years of experience in the automotive and aviation industries. Bianca Blaas (46), authorized signatory & partner, as well as a long-time executive of the company, complements the top management and is responsible for strategic corporate development & sales. Tina Lombardo, (née Blaas), (43) (authorized signatory and partner), will continue to be responsible for HR within the Group.

The long-standing managing partner Hans-Ludwig Blaas, who has been with the company since 1967 and active as a partner and managing director since 1980, is gradually withdrawing from the operational business after almost 45 successful years of entrepreneurship and will continue to support the management team in an advisory capacity as Chairman of the Advisory Board. Mr. Blaas has already received several awards for his extensive voluntary work, particularly in the promotion of young talent and his active role in industry associations. In his new role as an advisor, he will also use his experience and his network to support the next generation in their new, ambitious goals. The new management team has set itself ambitious goals with Agenda 2030: Innovative industry solutions, the
expansion of the business field and the diversification of customer groups are at the heart of the Holzapfel Group's future-proof development.
