German Surface Technology Association (ZVO) elects new board
On November 8, 2022, the German Surface Technology Association (ZVO) held a virtual general meeting to elect a new board of directors, which took office on January 1, 2023, with a three-year term of office.
Especially to equalize the ZVO Surface Days, the board of the ZVO had decided to hold a virtual general meeting via video conference. All voting is done by means of the online tool Votebox. The following members (in alphabetical order) were unanimously elected to the new ZVO board: Lars Baumgürtel, Lukas Henningsen, Dr. Martin Kurpjoweit, Dr. Elke Moosbach, Jörg Püttbach, Rainer Venz and Walter Zeschky.
Mario Wehner has retired from the ZVO board after three terms of office, Lukas Henningsen has joined in his place. Uwe Brinkmann and Dieter Aichert were appointed as future auditors. In a board meeting on November 16, 2022, the ZVO board elected its new chairman after Walter Zeschky could not be re-elected chairman in accordance with the articles of association: Jörg Püttbach has been the first chairman since the beginning of 2023, Rainer Venz and Dr. Martin Kurpjoweit are his deputies.
