Hotset reorganizes its management

Ralf Schwarzkopf was at the helm of the Hotset Group for a good 27 years. Under his leadership, the company developed from a pure heating element supplier to an internationally active manufacturer of innovative system solutions for industrial temperature control, heating and heating technology. On November 1, 2025, he handed over the position of CEO to his great-cousin Daniel Honsel, who has been with the company for more than ten years and most recently held the position of second Managing Director. On the one hand, Daniel Honsel is now a representative of the third generation of the family at the head of the company; on the other hand, two other men who have been playing a key role in the further development of Hotset for some time are taking over: Sales Manager Sven Braatz now fills the position of second Managing Director, and Production Manager Philipp Ganghoff is now also granted power of attorney.

With Sven Braatz and Philipp Ganghoff, I have two highly experienced colleagues at my side who are able to provide trend-setting impetus - both in the area of sales strategy and process optimization in production and assembly," emphasizes Daniel Honsel. Recently, Hotset has shown great commitment to its development into a full-service partner for the realization of high-performance mould inserts and hot runner manifold plates for plastic injection moulding. It has also regularly attracted attention with innovative components and systems for temperature control technology, temperature sensors and temperature measurement technology. Ralf Schwarzkopf will remain closely associated with the Hotset Group as a shareholder and initially also as a consultant.
