Oltrogge painting driving license for beginners in the wet paint process

Finding qualified specialists is also becoming increasingly difficult for many companies in the surface industry, especially as it is by no means only unskilled employees who have training deficits, which can cost time and money. In order to support companies in optimizing their painting results, Oltrogge has expanded its range of further training courses to include the "painting driver's license". The focus of these full-day basic training courses is on teaching the basics of all common painting processes in wet paint. To ensure that the course content does not just remain gray theory, the course participants will also put their newly acquired knowledge into practice. The fully equipped Oltrogge technical center in Bielefeld brings together numerous products and solutions from all the well-known manufacturers on the market, such as Wagner, Graco and Carlisle, which invite participants to get to know, compare and test them.

An essential part of the training is also the analysis of fault locations. It is intended to sharpen the participants' critical eye for deviating painting results such as craters, orange peel and dust inclusions and to show ways of analyzing possible causes and their elimination. The course program is rounded off with a short refresher course on occupational health and safety. The target group for the Oltrogge Painting Driver's License is new, inexperienced or unskilled painters; painting or vocational schools are also welcome. It is a full-day training course including hospitality, certificate and handout on the content learned at the Oltrogge technical center at the company headquarters in Bielefeld.
